I never come to places like this, but my son begged me. So I took him. Terrible Service. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before the manager finally came to take my order. I was the only Customer at the counter. Be advised: four employees made eye contact with me several times. I guess if I was getting paid minimum wage I wouldn't care either. Old fries. The only thing that keeps these places in business is their low prices. I feel so sad for families that are forced to eat here often because of their income. Gross.

Good luck getting good service at this place. Also if you like honey mustard with your nuggets be prepared to get every sauce but that. I'm surprised at the level of idiocy that works at this place. My order wasn't complicated. How could you mess it up so badly.

Typical McDonalds, but this place is decorated inside with a NASCAR Race car theme. The drive thru is a little strange as it wraps around the side and back again - probably due to parking spots in the area.

I'm reviewing a McDonalds and you're reading it, as if we both don't know what to expect by now? This McDonalds is plastered in Nascar stuff. I don't get the connection because the demographic that likes Nascar isn't at all close to the ones that frequent this particular McDonalds. I haven't been inside many McDonalds lately. But when the little boy wants his fries and ketchup, sometimes you gotta say f' it and let him have them. Besides, it gives me a reason to eat some nuggets every once in awhile. This particular McD's was clean, but I would hope they are all. Growing up as a kid I don't recall that being the case though. Service was good and friendly. Prices are prices. You aren't going to McDonalds for any other reason than to please a toddler or pig out on a limited budget. This Nascar thing I just don't get. In Boca too? Not that I expect pictures of Jay-Z on the wall but this isn't Rallys, what the hell are they thinking? We are in Boca, not Talladega.

A couple of weeks ago, I drove through to get some foods for my children, and decided to try a chicken sandwich with guacamole. When I got home, I found that they gave me a hamburger with guacamole instead. I returned today to get my kids a meal as we were running late, I showed the manager Mike my old receipt and explained to him what had happened, I gave him a chance to reconcile a mistake, no big deal. He asked me if I had called the same day to let them know, I said "No, it was a sandwich I did not want, I had something else instead, I was not about to call and come back for a fast food sandwich." He asked me "Do you know how many people called and complained that they did not get their orders right all the time to get foods?" My response "Do I look like someone who would try to steal a sandwich from you?" He said "How do I know what thieves look like? Do you know what thieves look like?" Yes, those were his exact words. I may not know that thieves look like, but I certainly know what bad service looks like. Mike, do you know that statistically, a happy customer tells 2-3 other people, an unsatisfied customer tells 8-10? With Yelp, I suspect that I am reaching far more than 8-10 people.

I ordered three egg white mcmuffins at the drive-thru. After paying for my order I was asked to pull to the side until my food was ready. I had a bad experience with this before so I decided to time the wait. After nine minutes and seeing that the drive-thru was now empty, I entered the store and asked where my food was. The manager, Thias (or Thais), said that it would be a few more minutes and immediately turned her back to me. I looked around the store and noticed that it was not busy. I asked Thias if she was the manager and she said yes. I asked for my money back which she provided and again immediately walked away. I asked what her name was and with her backed turned to me she stated Thias. I could not here her so I asked again and she quickly turned and quickly showed me her name tag. Not only was the service poor but the rude response was icing on the cake.

I'm not a regular at McD's, but I'm here to give my Mom's thumbs-up for this franchise. She raves about how clean and efficient they are here, and I was there with her a few weeks ago, so can agree with Mom - this place is spotless, the service fast and friendly, and my Frappe was yum. Kudos to this Macky D - you 're a cut above!

Drive-thru attendees are snappy, ADD sufferers who almost-always make me repeat my order. Despite this, they now expect to be paid more than the minimum wage? LOL! There's a good reason why fast-food employees earn $7 bucks an hour.

Really a review of McDonald's? Here is why. Old fashioned jukebox inside. Kinda cute. Place was clean and neat They always get my order fast and right and my fried are always hot. Good fresh. I had to just use the restroom after going drive thru and decided to ask for a water on the way out. A few people who looked like managers were standing there waiting for more people to come in. They handed me the cup for water and had a smile. Attitude goes such a long way. Thanks for making something so simple so easy.

Let me start by stating that I actually LOVE McDonalds. It's a place that I grew up on and actually worked at in HS. McD's is an institution that does things right. Their locations, training, production and of course the food.... Not this one! And I write this after several visits to this location. I don't know how how McD's corporate allows this place to continue. It's utterly filthy many times, especially after 7 PM. The food is inconsistent and the service is touch and go. I guess it depends on who's at the cashier and if they had a bad day or not. What happened to the high standards franchisees placed on the restaurant. The cleanliness was paramount and this place doesn't get that. The soda area is often disgusting with spilled sticky soda on the floor. Have you ever witnessed how they "dump" iced tea into the dispenser? Unsanitary. They also leave it on the counter stacked three deep while customer wait for their orders. Ketchup spilled in the dispenser and clearly ignored. The whole area for drinks and straws is disgusting. It pains me to write this because I love McD's and even had the fortune to meet the franchisee on one occasion. I hope he reads this and makes the necessary adjustments. I for sure will avoid this location like the plague....

The thing that makes this McDonald's stand out from every other McDonald's is two-fold. First off, it has a late night/after midnight menu, which really means most breakfast items are available after midnight, yay! Not sure many other McDonald's have this menu as of now, but I know they are expanding it. This McDonald's is also open 24/7, which is also a benefit considering many places are not open that late. The other being that it has a theme, even if it is kind of strange. The whole interior of this McDonald's has a racing theme, with tons of decoration throughout. Now I don't really think it makes the place nicer, just makes it different. I could kind of see this making sense in Daytona where racing is big, but in Boca Raton, it is a bit out of place. Nevertheless it does give the place a bit of character even though it is just a McDonald's. Other than those two features, it is pretty much like every other McDonald's you'd see in America, with the same food, service and prices as everywhere else. Food (C-), Pricing (C), Atmosphere (B), Service (B-)

Place smelled like a sewer tonight. Both doors opened. Ask cashier what smell was, raises arms as to say "I don't know" really. Left and will not return.
